Amy Smart

Amy Lysle Smart is an American actress and former fashion model. Smart began her career modeling in Italy and subsequently enrolled in acting school. Her first role in film was in director Martin Kunerts film Campfire Tales. She has since appeared in numerous films including Varsity Blues , Road Trip , The Butterfly Effect , Just Friends , Mirrors and Tyler Perrys The Single Moms Club .

Smart was born in Topanga, California. Her mother, Judy Lysle , worked at a museum, and her father, John Boden Smart, was a salesman. She studied ballet for ten years.
